At North Herts Knights we operate National League teams at U12, U14, U16 & U18 as well as CVL sides at selected age groups.

Due to the competitive nature and increased popularity of basketball, we hold trials each year to select players for our teams for the upcoming season.

This year, our trials will be held midweek, in the corresponding age group training slots (Details above). Trials will be split over 2 weeks, although players are only expected to attend 1 of these dates. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, but we may need to switch some players between the 2 dates to ensure even numbers. We will let you know in advance if this is the case.

All players, including current Knights players, MUST pre-register for the trials. Walk-ins on the day may not be accepted. Being a current member of an NHK team for the 24/25 season does not guarantee a spot on the team for 25/26.

There will be a £10 fee per player. This should be paid on the day. (Cash or card accepted)  Players will not be considered for the teams if payment is not made. (Current NHK national league players are exempt from this fee)

If you are unable to make the trial on either of the dayes for your age group, please let us know as we may be able to make alternative arrangements.

Trials are closed to parents, so please drop off to the foyer where a member of NHK staff will  meet you and get you signed in.  Players should be picked up promptly at the end of their session.

U12 - Friday 9th May or Friday 16th May (19:15 - 21:00)

U14 - Friday 25th April or Friday 2nd May (19:15 - 21:00)

U16 - Thursday 17th April or Thursday 24th April (18:00 - 20:00)

U18 - Tuesday 22nd April or Tuesday 29th April (18:00 - 20:00)
