NHK Roses

NHK Roses runs our girls-only Community basketball sessions, for girls from U11 to U14. We launched them in September 2025 to get more girls playing basketball.

With the ever-increasing popularity of the WNBA and the UK’s own Women’s Super League Basketball, there has never been a better time for girls to get involved.

Places are limited, so please register your interest and a member of NHK staff will be in touch with details.
