Junior NBL rules
Size 6 ball
Games use a size 6 ball.
All National League games use the official Wilson match ball, and the size depends on the age group:
- Size 5: U12 (girls and mixed) and U14 Girls
- Size 6: U14 Boys, U16 Girls and U18 Girls
- Size 7: U16 Boys and U18 Boys
It’s worth practising at home with the same size ball used in games.
